Patricia Elliott is owner and originator of Senior Moves Consultant and Organizing, which she started in July 2007. Her interest in this field began when she was reviewing information on Senior Living facilities for her then 92 year old Mother. She started to pray for God to send godly people to work in the Health Care industry because of her concerns for her Mother’s future.

In February 1997 she joined the Marketing Team at Fleet Landing, a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Atlantic Beach, FL. As a Move-In & Internal Transfer coordinator her responsibilities included assessing and overseeing the moving and disposing of furniture and personal belongings from the prospect’s home to the retirement facility. She offered assistance during the selection of items to bring with them to the new location and provided the competent resources, i.e. appraisers, movers, re-sellers and charitable organizations to further enhance the downsizing process.

Once the successful move was completed she provided assistance with decorating. Having an eye for this skill and working as an assistant at a design firm gave Patricia a willing heart to “tweak” and fluff helping the client feel at home in the new location.

She enjoys listening and enabling those individuals needing to face a change at a most inconvenient time in life. She is honest, trustworthy, compassionate, organized and hardworking no matter what task she encounters.

Patricia will quickly tell you she has a God given gift to talk to almost anyone at almost anytime and this allows her to build friendships and trust with most everyone she encounters along life’s way.

In addition to working in the Atlantic Beach Continuing Care Retirement Community, she later moved to Illinois, where she worked at The Holmstad, a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Batavia, IL. She brought with her the same compassion and skill to assist clients deciding on a “move forward” to a better lifestyle for them as they grew older.
